I find something I like, how can I order?

1. Browse our collection

From our collection page, select the product you are interested in by clicking the photo for a complete description and close-up images.

2. Add to cart

Choose your desired size and quantity, then click “add to cart” button to purchase and view your order by opening the cart panel and choose “view cart” button.

3. Review your order

In our cart page, you can review your items and add a voucher code to get the promotion on your order. Continue by clicking “proceed to checkout” button.

4. Checkout

For first time customers, you have to enter your personal details, delivery address, and a password to set up your account. You don’t need to enter the details if you’ve registered an account. Then choose your preferred delivery courier, and payment method, and click “proceed to payment” to complete your order.

5. Complete your order

Finally, transfer your total order directly into our bank account in max. 2 hours since the order placed to prevent cancellation of your order. We will process your order in max. 2×24 hours after we recieve your payment.

I've already paid, how do I confirm my payment?

Confirm your payment immediately to our WhatsApp +62-812-207-1100.

Don’t forget to attach your payment reference and your order number. We’ll process your order in max. 2×24 hours after we receive your payment confirmation.

How can I track my order?

You can always check your current order and order history by login to your account. We will add the shipping reference on your order notes to be tracked by yourself.

Can't wait to get my hands on MARI, when is my order processed?

Your order will be processed in max. 1×24 hours since we’ve confirmed your payment.

Where and how do you ship?

Currently, we ship only to Indonesian address but who knows where we’ll go next.

We ship from our warehouse in Bandung, West Java and you can choose your order to be delivered using JNE or Sicepat service in checkout form.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on where the shipment goes and what shipping service you choose.

Estimation delivery time for each shipping service will be shown when you choose your shipping service in checkout.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you may only return for exchange to sizes (subject to availability) of the same item.

However, all sale items are final and we don’t offer any returns in cash.

How is MARI terms & conditions for exchange?

  1. You must send us your request for a return-for-exchange within seven (7) days after the items are received. The day when the items are received is considered as day one (1).
  2. You must send your item(s) back to us within five (5) working days from the return approval date, with the items in 100% new and good condition complete with all necessary requirement in order to qualify for us to start processing to review your return-for-exchange request;
  3. You can request to exchange items for a different size or for an alternative product with the same price, subject to stock availability, for one (1) time request only and the number of quantity or items being returned is not more than two (2).
  4. Customers should bear the cost of shipping and the risks when returning items. We recommend that you use a delivery service that is reliable to reduce the chances of loss of goods during delivery or shipping;
  5. Return-for-exchange is subject to our approval at our sole discretion and provided items returned are still in 100% new and good condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged conditions with all garment, price tag and any other tags still attached, and upon fulfillment of all necessary requirement. Whenever provided, any additional packaging such as tags should be included with your return-for-exchange;
  6. Return-for-exchange items that are damaged or soiled cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense;
  7. Return-for-exchange does not apply to any discounted items and/or items with any other special promotion.

How to request an exchange?

Aceess the order support form from your account.

Provide the order number, choose “exchange request” as subject option, and describe your reason of request in the message field. We will response your request through your registered e-mail in max. 2×24 hours since we’ve received your request.

Washing

We recommend washing rather than dry cleaning to help keep your MARI looks good.

Use the gentle wash cycle or hand wash and use a good brand of gentle soap powder or liquid. We recommend that you don’t use bleach as chlorine bleaches often cause yellowing.

If hand washing, rinse well until all soap suds are gone.We recommend washing rather than dry cleaning.

Drying

Air dry, whenever possible.

Machine drying is okay but don’t over do it! Over drying can result in damaged fabrics.

Storage

Our items are made from stretchy material.

Therefore to keep its quality please fold your MARI neatly to store.
